About Me

I was born and raised in Northern California. One older brother, Nick and my amazing supportive parents, Mike and Chris. Our family business was on Shasta Lake, I went to a small high school where sports were my #1! I went on to play volleyball and track in college, eventually transferring up to a small university in Oregon in 2010. I started personal training and professionally modeling for brands like Nike, Reebok and Adidas.
From there, I bounced around quite a bit, making 19 moves between different states and towns. I finally landed in Daytona Beach, Florida in 2016. I started a sports massage therapy business, where I was fortunate enough to help athletes all over town. I also specialized in skin care, performing facials, peels and waxing on clients.
I was lucky enough to meet Cory in 2018. A lot of you might know him as the man behind the camera. Cory is a skilled guitar player and drifter (car things). He can make strangers laugh and fix just about anything. We have three amazing cats, Mama, Mochi and Kiwi. Many of you remember our little Miso. She passed away Sept. ‘22 due to a serious illness. Our lives haven’t been the same since she passed.
Although I began a fitness Instagram in 2014, in 2019 it started to get more traction. After countless comments and messages about workout apparel and training programs, I began LunarBody! It has been an absolute dream to be able to provide high quality workout apparel and effective workouts to people all over the globe.
From the years 2011-2018 I battled a laundry list of health issues. Including things like irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, fructose malabsorption, breast implant illness…just to name a few. It has taken me almost a full decade to manage all of those health issues. In 2021, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Most recently, as of August of 2023, I will be having surgery to remove a mass from my abdomen. Although my health issues have been a long and arduous journey, through extensive trial and error, research, trust and patience, I am slowly regaining my health. I can only hope my story can help or inspire others who may be facing similar difficulties.
